The monthly rent is $2,200 USD, with an additional security deposit of $2,200 USD required upfront. Renters are responsible for covering all utility and service fees, including water, electricity, 24/7 security, WiFi, and other amenities. The lease requires a minimum commitment of six months, plus the deposit. Exceptions for shorter terms may be considered on a case-by-case basis, but the monthly rent and deposit + service fees and utilities is standard. Pets are welcome. All furniture and furnishings are provided as part of the rental and must be returned in their original condition at the end of the lease term.
