The nightly rental rate is $225 USD, with check in at 10AM and check out at 10AM. For bookings exceeding one month, the monthly rate is $2,000 USD, with a security deposit of $2,000 USD required upfront. Renters who seek to rent one month or more, are responsible for covering all utility and service fees, including water, electricity, WiFi, and 24/7 security, etc. The owner will cover the expenses for the gardener, who is also responsible for maintaining the swimming pool. The HOA has made a “No pets allowed” rule.

All furniture and furnishings are provided as part of the rental and must be returned in their original condition at the end of the lease term or short term stay.
