By completing a booking and making payment, you agree to the following:

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
   - Full refund (minus any payment-processing fees) if you cancel more than 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date and time.
   - No refund – full or partial if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of check-in or in case of no-show.
   - All cancellations must be sent in writing to ElSalvadorAlquileres@gmail.com.

2. Final Sale for Advertising Listings
   All paid advertising packages (30-day, 90-day, Featured, etc.) are non-refundable.
   If your property rents or sells early (through our site or any other channel), we will gladly mark it “Rented” or “Sold” and/or remove it upon request, but no refund will be issued for the unused period.

3. Payment & Responsibility
   You are responsible for providing correct dates, number of guests, and contact information. Any changes after booking may be subject to availability and additional fees.

4. House Rules & Liability
   Guests agree to respect quiet hours, maximum occupancy, and property rules.
   Smoking indoors, unauthorized parties, or damage may result in additional charges or immediate eviction without refund.

5. Force Majeure
   No refund will be offered for events beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, flight cancellations, etc.).
